The results from those tests are kinda disappointing, they seem to cast a wide net and reek of pseudoscience. I think you would have more success with meticulously documenting every ingredient you eat and then compare it to when you experience symptoms… could take a while but should be able to help you narrow it down

As 40 approached I started to feel it. Dad bod was developing, I was stationary with a desk job, drinking beer, eating like crap, poor sleep, back pain, sex drive disappearing, just generally heading downhill fast.
I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror, and decided to do something about it. Got a barbell and started researching about lifting. Started to enjoy it, and started to eat and sleep better to help my recovery from the workouts. Outgrew all of my clothes x2. Back pain seemed to disappear. Aches and pain seemed to fade away. I fell in love with the new routine, making gains, added more serious cardio, feeling and looking better than ever in my life

Deadlifts gave me a dumptruck ass and strong back, which has nearly resolved my chronic back pain. It’s essential for a desk jockey in my opinion
