Judge Rachel Tanguay of the New York Supreme Court ruled in open court in May that the allegations were serious enough for discovery to proceed.

The lawsuit could renew debate about the 2024 election, though it won’t change the outcome since Congress has certified the results declaring President Donald Trump the winner.

It comes amid unconfirmed reports that voting machines were secretly altered before ballots were cast in November’s election. The federally accredited testing lab, Pro V&V, that signed off on “significant” changes to ES&S voting machines—which are used in over 40 percent of U.S. counties—“vanished from public view” after the election, according to the Dissent in Bloom Substack.

Trump announced before the election that he was going to cheat. This isn’t rocket science in believing he said the quiet part out loud. He has a lot of smart people working for him with flexible ethics. Not to mention, it’s always projection and they’ve been calling the d’s cheats for years.

They use DRM for music, use it for AI but switch it the person owns their own voice, art and data.

This is the best solution. Also, any use of AI should have to be stated and watermarked. If they used someone’s art, that artist has to be listed as a contributor and you have to get permission. Just like they do for every film, they have to give credit. This includes music, voice and visual art. I don’t care if they learned it from 10,000 people, list them.

I’m not that savvy on the data collection and who does or doesn’t collect. I’ve had an instance admin tell me that they check all of the data on people.

From the app? There is an instance, but there is also an app. The app lets you sign into any instance you’re a part of. I’m guessing, not positive, that the instance isn’t federated to feddit.org. Do a search while on the instance and it will come up if it’s not blocked.

Some instances collect data btw. This place is a data mine, but so is every other place and most instances aren’t ran by corporations. There are ways to tell exactly what you personally upvote and downvote. Anyone can have access to that info though, it’s not sold.
