40 here, no, not at all, try to look after myself pretty well, train hard in the weights room 5 days a week, and 30 min zone 2 cardio 5-7 days a week. I still play vidya every day, try and always have a new thing I’m learning on the run. And I’ll hit some pretty serious music gig at least twice a month.

Two things, I have horrible vision, wear -9 glasses. And I am autistic and have a very difficult time navigating many social interactions, I would love to not have to deal with either of these.

Generally yeah, in my country smoking is very much not a thing these days, you don’t see much at all anymore, and is def consider gross/b tier things by basically everyone and smokers get pretty shunned

You don’t get exposed to it in the pubs at all?? So unless you self inflict, chances are almost non existent to come home smelling of the cancers
