I’ve ended up with a different one before. only worked with the included motherboard but the guy I gave it to claims to have gotten it running with a modded bios in an overclocker board.

honestly I prefer being able to subtract from the base price and have it actually be an improvement too

probabaly full replacement of the motor controller and user facing hardware. basically a diy ev conversion using tesla motors but converting the tesla itself. you would lose features but they would be lost regardless.
