Hm, the only underwater ones I can think of are Subnautica and Abzu, both of which are still in my library (although I wouldn’t mind if Abzu went away, as it was basically just an underwater walking sim). I couldn’t find anything on the list quickly, despite a couple ones sounding like underwater ones, like Stranded Deep and Submerged: Hidden Depths, which didn’t look like they actually were underwater games.

More seriously though, there are tons of things that have conflicting evidence or are simply too big or complex to have enough evidence to have definitive proof for, yet we still have to make decisions about them. Like believing that X vs Y is a better governing system (eg democracy vs republic). Or what about questions that aren’t related to proof, like defining and living by ethical standards? Yet most people still find value in “moral” things, and believe that people should do “good” instead of “bad”.

El yucateco has types with some decent heat while still being cheap. Usually if you want any kind of spice the price rises with the spice level.

The Tabasco scorpion one is pretty good heat for the cost as well

There’s a smoked habanero they put out at one point-- not sure if it was a limited run or not but it had a pretty decent smoke taste
